After hours phone calls: Our patients have the cell phone number for their physician and are able to reach them after hours and on weekends for urgent/emergent needs. This access is not for refills on medications or non-urgent matters.
Patient Portal
Our electronic medical record is AthenaHealth. Athena has a patient portal where patients can access their results and send messages to their doctor and staff. This is very useful for non urgent questions and requests for refills on medications.
